Because customer service is our number one goal we service every piece of jewelry we sell.  Everything from a touch up on a special finish to "the vacuum cleaner ate my necklace" our repair department can fix it.  Need a different size on your ring than you thought, simply fill out the Repair Form on our site and print out a copy. Be sure to secure your item for delivery and insure it.  When we receive your piece we will call you with an estimate of the cost. Most repairs take 7-10 days. 

Repair work is how I got started in the jewelry business.  Repairing jewelry takes an amazing amount of patience and skill. Each piece a customer submits has a story and is special to them. That is why we treat your jewelry with the utmost respect. I believe it takes more love for jewelry to repair it then to make it.
