Care and Maintenance of Mokume Gane
Mokume pieces that contain copper tend to naturally patina or darken over time giving the piece a rustic look.
If you like the enhanced color let it go natural. If you prefer the lighter more Salmon color of copper we enclose a
polishing cloth with each purchase to restore the color. Any chemical in hair products, make-ups, perfumes and household agents
will effect the color. So as with all of your jewelry 'Last item you put on before walking out the door and first off
when you get home.'
